When it comes to Komori's H-UV Innovative Curing System, Mr. Mohrdieck is full of praise: "Thanks to H-UV technology, we have overcome a great number of problems. Introducing the Komori Lithrone G37 in our work has made our press operators' job much easier in a number of ways: No more powder issues or smearing. Instant curing eliminates blocking. We start finishing right after printing, and this is crucial to our business, which consists of lots of short turnaround jobs for the print trade market."

Perfect fit with Komori technology

For the last two and a half years, the printer has been using K-Supply products exclusively. This includes H-UV inks, blankets and consumables. Hans explains why: "In the beginning, we tested H-UV inks from different suppliers. The performance of the inks was very similar, but all of them caused ink misting. Finally, we tested K-Supply H-UV ink and got the best results, with no ink misting at all. Moreover, the ink delivers high quality and reliability. Everything from K-Supply fits per fectly with our Komori technology."

In Denmark, Komori distributor Custmo takes care of sales of K-Supply products to Mohrdieck Tryk. Custmo is located in Vadum, close to Aalborg in Nor thern Denmark. Hans says: "We have a good relationship with Custmo. Owner Kenneth Nielsen takes care of our needs. He promised to always have any K-Supply products we need in stock. I've heard Custmo provides very good technical service for presses as well. However, I haven't had the chance to test it up to now because our Lithrone G37 is extremely reliable. We have never had any failure in the three years since installation."
Kenneth Nielsen explains: "We are always working to help our customers find solutions to their challenges. We are very strongly represented in the Danish market with both Komori presses and K-Supply products. Our customers know that they can get in contact with us 24 hours a day. That's why Komori and Custmo are well known as very reliable partners in Denmark."
