The year 2014 marked the entry of a visionary, a man very passionate, soft-spoken and humorous. A team player with a deep knowledge of market trends and understanding of products. Experienced as a total solution provider to customers, enhancing their understanding of new technologies. Awtar Singh is respected in the industry and has been responsible for building bonds with customers.

What do you do?

This job comes with a huge amount of pressure. I commute for an hour and a half regularly to reach the office. During this time, I have to be on my toes, thinking about how to maximize customer potential by using technology. My job is to meet customers and discuss our solutions and technologies.

What is your vision for customers?

My vision squares with the Komori India's goals. Understand needs, evaluate the options and come up with solutions. By discussing this internally as a team, we strategize so as to present cost-effective solutions.

Family and you?

I have two beautiful daughters, Navjot and Jaspreet, and my wife, Jasbir -- the three loves of my life. My schedule is busy as I keep traveling. On a normal day, my wife's reaction is, where are you going next? They understand my passion for customers and Komori. For me " Kando" is " winning customers through trust as a consultant while addressing customer needs and challenges with proper solutions rather than just selling a press."
